The technique comes first, followed by the scene, action, performance and duration. Paste it straight into a video model and swap in your own characters and plot.
The camera shoots straight down, level and hanging directly above the person. On a single bed, a young man who has just woken lies flat on his back, surrounded by pill boxes, a desk lamp still on and a tipped-over glass of water. He reaches for his phone; the screen lights up 06:40 and he closes his eyes: “Five more minutes.” 3 seconds, perfectly vertical with no tilt, symmetrical composition, the bed filling about half the frame.

Common pitfalls
- Writing only “high angle” often gets a 45° angle.
- From directly above, people shrink into a lump and hands deform.
- Combined with walking, it blurs.

Parameter tips
Say vertical 90° explicitly; avoid complex actions at the same time; suits 2–4 s.
