Full-spectrum silence: the first half is a noisy street protest crowd and megaphones, then all sound suddenly drops out, leaving only very faint breathing. A girl in the crowd stops when she sees her brother in the crowd opposite, and the world goes quiet. 6 seconds, total silence, no ambience, no music.
04
Common pitfalls
- It says silence, but a music bed is still there.
- Silence held too long makes the audience think playback broke.
